Meet Andy Shealy, Owner

Founded by Andy Shealy in 2019, Bellwether Construction Group brings over two decades of experience in the Charleston construction industry. Andy's passion for building began with personal home renovations, and his career has since expanded to managing high-end custom home projects and complex renovations across the region. With a master’s degree in Project Management from The Citadel, Andy’s approach blends technical expertise with a keen eye for design.

Our Process

    Upon contacting Bellwether, we set an appointment to meet with you in your home to review your ideas for your home.

    Following the initial appointment, we then put together a realistic and comprehensive budget for the project.

  • 3.

    If you are ready to move forward after we review the budget, then we sign an agreement and initiate work.
